Last Monday (the 13th ) the year six went to the Brecon leavers’ service. We were joined by all of the other Church in Wales schools in the Swansea and Brecon Diocese schools . We first sat through a short service about remembering mercy as we go through our life. We listened to the story of, “The Good Samaritan.’
After that we had a short lunch, followed by activities in the cathedral.
Last week the students of class 3 went on a activity residential trip to the National Trust Stackpole activity Centre, Pembroke. “It was AWSOME” . One of the highlight’s was when the class 3 teacher, Mr John, fell off a cliff and grazed his arm! We had fantastic food and did some amazing activities.
We had a great time and can’t wait to go next year.
Extra-curricular Activities: 3.15 – 4.15pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
We think that it is important that children should make a prompt start to school and we ask that they are brought to school between 8.50 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. Children should not be left at school earlier than this.
Teachers cannot be responsible for children who are brought to school before the recommended time.
